Technical customer supporter in Shanghai

Wanted!  We are looking for a dedicated person to join our journey and scale our sales, delivery and customer success. You will be based in our Shanghai office where most of our clients are located, but you will be communicating with clients all over China and the rest of South-East Asia.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Respond to user requests through our customer support channels (Phone, email and WeChat)
  • Participate in user training and client meeting
  • Technical configuration of systems integration with customer ERP and PLM systems
  • Various technical tasks related to operations in China

All the above will be closely coordinated with the delivery manager in Shanghai and the technical team at the headquarter in Denmark.

Service-minded and eager to deliver a superior customer support experience.

  • Detail-oriented and eager to follow up on loose ends.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal & written. 
  • Motivated by working closely together with colleagues in China and Denmark


  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written
  • Educational background in IT
  • Experience with customer support or helpdesk roles
  • Knowledge of XML, JSON, Excel file formats
  • Knowledge about web services and web APIs

    Salary package will be negotiated based on experience and current position.
